I'm only rating this a 4 because I haven't used the yoni steam yet. The blend of herbs looks good and based on what I know about herbal remedies, each of the ingredients in this yoni steam blend is good for reproductive health. The ingredients just look like a bunch of herbs, so it looks like it is possibly safe to drink. I know that drinking it is not mentioned anywhere on any of the packaging, but it was just a thought I had because I have seen a number of teas and supplements meant for menstrual issues with similar ingredients. The seat is sturdy and it collapses down, which is great for storage. I like the scent of the soap bar and the I like all of the ingredients included in it. I also like that it came with a little soap-saver bag so you can get the most out of the bar instead of throwing it away when it gets too small. That little bag is extremely handy. I haven't used the yoni oil on my yoni either but I did put some on my hand and it feels great. Again, all of the ingredients are herbs I would expect to find in most female reproductive system herbal remedies. I do wonder what the carrier oil or liquid is because the ingredients list only mentions all of the essential oils. The flower petals in the bottle are a nice touch. I am still hesitant about using the yoni steam just because I am cautious about using different products down there, but if I am judging this set on ingredients, it doesn't look like it should hurt. I will probably enjoy the oil and the soap more and just use the herbs in my bath water.

The Fivona Sitz bath set includes a nice bag to fit everything in, the seat which fits over your toilet, a package of herbs for steaming, which includes several different flowers and leaves, a bar of soap that includes aloe vera, charcoal powder, coconut butter, olive, jojoba & avocado oil, shea butter and hyaluronic acid among other ingredients. The soap looks and feels very much like a bar of glycerin soap but there is no glycerin in the ingredient list. The oil includes 5 essential oils, rose and lavender petals. I am in my 60's, in the menopause stage of life. Dryness is part of the fun. I do use hormones which is helping quite a bit but I recently developed a couple cysts that I am trying to get rid of to avoid a doctor appt. He is aware and has given me up to 6 weeks to see if they will go away on their own. I had been using a variety of home treatments before contacting him and he said to stop all of that. However I had already ordered this set so I decided to go ahead and try the soap and the oil. I used the sitz bath without the herbs. The soap is gentle and causes no issues. The oil is also nice. I have been applying other types of oils & moisturizers but I like this one because it is a lighter oil, not thick and heavy. The sitz bath fits well on my toilet but I prefer to use it backwards. Most of the pictures in the description show the overflow holes at the back of the toilet. I filled the bath pretty full and if I don't put the holes at the back, it will leak out of the bath. I think it is comfortable to use in either position. This is a really nice set and I do recommend it. Even the outside packaging is nice for gift giving.

I ordered this item for medical purposes and it looked used when I opened it, which is not okay for this item. It was giving unsanitary vibes. The seat of the steam tub is scratched up. This should have been observed before shipping it out. I almost don't want to sit on it.
