Melatonin 10mg
I picked this up for nights when I have trouble winding down, and the fast-dissolve format made it easy to take without needing water. I’ve used it a handful of times so far, mostly when my sleep schedule is off. Pros: * Fast-dissolving tablets are easy to take * berry flavor is more pleasant than regular pills * helps me fall asleep faster * convenient for occasional use * free from a lot of common allergens Cons: * 10mg feels not so strong sometimes For me, it does what I need on those harder nights, but I wouldn’t take it every day. If you’re new to melatonin, starting lower probably makes more sense.

Good value
These work great for getting to sleep. They don't last all night as they are quick dissolve rather than extended release. 10mg is a good dose; I've used 3mg and 5mg in the past but these work well.

Sleep like a baby!
I really like this product! It is smaller in the size of the tablet which makes it easy to swallow. It also dissolves and takes effect quickly and lasts through the night. I have been sleeping like a baby since taking the Vitamatic Melatonin!
