Massive pool for the money. Seems well but as of yet haven't used it (cheers weather). As I haven't used it I can't comment on the effectiveness of the filter and pump but it is very small and am not very optimistic as to how effective it is. It took about 1 hour to assemble and about 8 - 10 hours to fill via the garden hose pipe. Make sure you have completely level and hard ground to place the pool on as any gradient can place a lot of stress on the side with the greater amount of water and thus potentially weaken the side. With that in mind the frame clips together and is held with plastic 8mm pins. If your reading this with the intention of buying I would recommend this as for the price you will get a lot of enjoyment if the weather permits. I would say if you get this pool don't buy the solar cover as it still allows all the leafs etc to collect in the pool.

Great for the holidays for my kid actually got built by myself so you actually don’t need two people. Took about half an hour to put together and 1st morning since having it it’s still filling up. Have left water running all night and it’s still going. So won’t be going down until the beginning of winter haha. Son is going to love this could of came with mats for the bottom to protect the floor part and a net would of been good apart from that love it value for your money Filter took a bit of juggling to get right but I didn’t read the instructions properly lol buts it’s massive big enough for a family of four easy

We have used the pool on many occasions this year and assembly is easy; storage is not quite so easy as we can never fold it away neatly. Nonetheless it is quite robust and has given hours of fun to our grandchildren. We also bought the solar cover which warms up the top couple of inches of water which the pump, supplied with the pool, circulates after we remove the cover. The pool is big enough for our seven-year-old granddaughter to swim in while with the bigger grandchildren the water comes up to their waists. WARNING - if you have a water meter just be advised that the pool uses a lot of water - it takes about four hours to fill using a hose. Using the pump does obviate the need to empty and refill the pool too frequently.

I spent a while looking at reviews for different pools and reading about them before deciding on this one. I’m so pleased with it , it was fairly easy to put together , purchased foam mats to go underneath it (they sell them in packs of 4 on here and if anyone’s interested I got 10 packs!). And took around 8-10 hours ish to fill up. It’s heaven!! SO nice to lay in and relax in the hot weather , I think it’s the perfect size and depth , and you can fit quite a lot of inflatables in there too which is great. Such a great reliable make also because the electric pump I purchased , and the pool cover and some of the inflatables were the same make and they are all really good too! Best money I’ve spent.

I bought this pool expecting a fun summer setup, but it turned into a complete nightmare. The pump didn’t work straight out of the box—completely dead. Tried contacting the seller, but surprise: the phone numbers listed are either incorrect or just don’t work. No response, no support, nothing. So I tried going through the manufacturer for a warranty claim. What a joke. They demand endless photos and videos, and then you’re stuck waiting on hold for hours just to speak to someone who barely helps. It’s like they’re trying to wear you down so you give up. Well, I did give up—because after all that hassle, I ended up having to buy a new pump myself. So not only did I waste time, I’m now out of pocket for something that should’ve worked in the first place. Do yourself a favor: skip this pool and spend your money on a brand that actually stands behind their product. This one’s nothing but stress and disappointment.

I’ve got 12 foot. It’s a great size, not too deep, but deep enough for the boys to learn to swim in. The negative thought is the pump it comes with is useless. Our pool water is filthy and we’re running the pump for 8 hours a day. I’ve had to spend another £200 on a pump with motor for a pool this size. I feel like I was hoodwinked into buying this as many other costs I didn’t consider as I’ve never had a pool before. Things I’ve had to buy Chlorine Shock treatment Algae preventer Ph minus and plus Alkaline reducer Ph strips Cover for the pool Under pool mat Steps Pump with motor for 12000 litre pool So altogether I’ve now spend £478. How naive was I?

The pool is a great size and very sturdy, the main issue comes when you come tintge filter it is far far too small for the volume of water that needs to move around and be filtered! We are going to have to invest in a bigger pump! It's quiet a job keeping the chemicals balanced but all in all with the correct sized filter this would be a five star product.

The Pool is good and affordable, however was delivered with only 1 filter cartridge not 2 as mentioned, and without the fixing kit.

Size-wise (10') much better than going out to expensive resorts especially in time of covid 19 pandemic. only con is the filter pump motor - it's 50 Hz and didn't last long in the PhilippinesO

Wie immer war die Amazon Lieferung vorbildlich. Wichtig bei Pools ist die Vorbereitung des Untergrunds. Dieser sollte wirklich eben sein. Zu beachten ist, dass durch das Gewicht des Wassers eventuell aufgefüllte Stellen deutlich mehr absenken als bereits verdichtete Böden. Ist diese Arbeit verrichtet kann endlich der Aufbau des Pools beginnen. Die verschiedenen Einzelteile sind gut und sicher verstaut. Der Lieferumfang war vollständig enthalten. Werkzeug wird für den eigentlichen Aufbau nicht benötigt. Für das Aufstellen des Pools sollte man zu zweit sein, da sonst schon das Auslegen der Folie schwierig ist - schwere Einzelteile gibt es aber nicht. Die Aufbauanleitung ist meines Erachtens nicht brauchbar - dafür gibt es ein echt gutes Video im Netz (auch in Deutsch). Mit dieser Hilfe funktioniert das Aufstellen schnell und einfach. Wenn der Pool steht ist noch die Pumpe anzuschließen. Auch das ist mit der Videoanleitung nicht schwierig. Ich finde, dass die mitgelieferte Pumpe die Schwachstelle des Pools ist. Die Leistung ist einfach zu gering. Wir haben uns von Bestway noch den Sandfilter bestellt. Sonst ist der Pool einfach unschlagbar. Vier Kinder haben ausreichend Platz in der 3,05-Meter-Version. Die Plane macht einen wertigen Eindruck. Sobald das Wasser eingefüllt ist, steht der Pool sicher und stabil. Die Anschaffung einer Poolleiter ist zu überlegen. 5-Jährige kommen so grade über den Beckenrad - größere Kinder und Erwachsene können einfach über den Rand einsteigen. Wichtig ist auch der richtige Einsatz der Poolchemie. Aber mit etwas einlesen und probieren ist auch das einfach und nimmt kaum Zeit in Anspruch. Ich würde genau diesen Pool wieder kaufen und hoffe jetzt noch einen ein paar warme Sonnentage. Es ist ganz was anderes gegenüber den kleinen Plantschbecken, die wir bisher genutzt haben.
