I bought this 1000 packet Splenda from Heartland Foods (shipped by Amazon) in October 2020 and it arrived in a Splenda box, as pictured, with an expiration date stamped on the box of June 2023

I purchased this in October 2020 through Hartland Foods and it arrived in a Splenda box, exactly as pictured, with an expiration date of June 2023.

Can I make food with it?

If you want to bake, use the Splenda granules measure-for-measure. It won't break down with heat. Yoou cannot substitute packets for 1/2 cup for example...the recipe requires not just sweetness, but bulk added to make the texture correctly. HTH.
