Wonderful product. As an experienced baker, this is very versatile in baking. Very reasonable price, as this is a very large bag! The taste is spectacular added to a chocolate cake recipe or a cookie, this will elevate your baking! I can highly recommend this purchase

Made my first gluten free cake for a family member. Recipe called for a cup of hot coffee in the batter. I don't make or drink coffee at home so made a cup with the powder. Frosting called for 2 tsp. in the frosting. Gave it a great fudge mocha taste. Best chocolate cake I ever made! Have since made a cup of espresso with hot milk and it was delicious.

I like the value of a big bag of the powder, as you can only get a small jar at the grocery store. Its seals and its tasty. I keep a tiny spoon right in the bag, as I add two small scoops to my first morning coffee for an extra bang and depth of flavor. Also use to boost chocolate recopies. Repeat customer on this one.
