Poor physical design.
Caveat Emptor!! The concept is fantastic, but the execution stinks. The USB C male component is too flexible, and it causes the plastic around the C connector to crack and break. I had a buddy that purchased one right after me, and the same thing happened to his too! So as a result, the usb c doesnโt connect unless mercury is in retrograde whilst klingons circle Uranus. I have to wiggle it, and if the I wiggle too much, the red light of death appears and I must start over. Technically, part of the problem is USB-C as a design concept. It is nowhere near as robust as the USB-A, and I think the tech industry will regret using such a design.

Works very well
I bought one of these and a few Integral Crypto-197s since they were cheaper. This is excellent - easy to use and can be used directly with phone / tablet etc, although the case stops it plugging fully in. I bought some cheap usb port extenders so I don't need to remove the case. Much better than the Integral - enough so that I've decided the Integrals can be kept in case I need them one day, but I've ordered 2 more Kingston
