I bought this battery on 1st November 2019 and it is now no longer holds charge...it has a four year warranty, how do I get a replacement?

Same. I contacted Amazon, they sent me to manufacturers and they said contact vendors (not Amazon but seemingly The Battery Group). Very little chance of it working out in my favour in any way now that I'm £300 down I suspect.
