Strong positive results may be observed as soon as 10-30 seconds. Weak positive results may take longer time, up to 5 minutes. However; to confirm negative results, the complete reaction time of 5 minutes is required.

A positive result will not change after the test is completed at 5 minutes. However, in order to prevent any incorrect result the test results should not be interpreted after 15 minutes.

Can you offer a more specific description of your question?  If the result shows 2 lines, control line and test line, you are pregnant.  If the result shows a control line of 1, it is not pregnant.  If the control line does not appear, the test line appears, it is invalid, re-test.
