The best tasting tea!
This is a delicious, easy to drink herbal tea. It's great quality and has a lovely soothing aroma. There are a variety of flavours to taste. It's ao good my teenage son enjoys having it too! I don't know if it helps any of the menopause symptoms but it helps to calm and comfort. It could be better value for money if it was a bit cheaper.

Best brewed cold
Ok so I drink litters of this cold,love how it tastes, I have endometriosis and have some symptoms similar to menaupose and this has significantly improved my quality of life: Less hot flushes Less cramps A bit less of anxiety I tend to brew it in a 1.5 litter jug with boiling water,pop in fridge once cool, keep the bag in for about 24hours then drink it with a lot of ice (made from the tea as well) I have also noticed my skin being a bit glowly and better digestion I d advise speaking to your GP prior to taking in case any of the herbs in it are not to be used with your current medications Long live twinnings menopause you are the best and I love you (it s 11am and I ve already drank 2,5liters of it lol) Price wise it s very reasonable My only downside is the fact the tea bags are not compostable and the packaging isn't either

Menopause cool moments. Not just for menopause as Taste is great and smell amazing
Perfect balance of flavours for my taste (I usually find most other fruit teas too sickly sweet, mixed with the hot water) but I enjoyed this one and the smell is amazing! I will enjoy trying over ice in the summer as iced tea. I can’t comment on if it helps with hot flushes as I don’t suffer from them. I will definitely buy these again.

Nice refreshing cuppa
I’m not sure if this actually helps with (peri)menopause symptoms but it tastes nice and refreshing. Decent quality and reasonably priced.

Soft palatable flavour
These bags have a very pleasant taste, can be good hot or cold im not sure about the menopause benefits for myself but I like them anyway!
