I live in Florida and play tennis and so I use one half to one entire little bag a day, especially in the summer. I could add more too. In comparing this with other mineral supplements it is pretty much full of everything we need.

I have absolutely nothing negative about the product. We buy it regularly and love it. It's pricey and wish it wasn't quite so expensive but everything is expensive right now and the quality of the product is excellent. Now the 1 star is for AMAZON's fulfillment center. You need to do better in packaging for shipping. I have no idea where along the way it was smashed or if it was like this already when it was put in the bag to be shipped. What I do know is it should have been put in something different. It also was missing one of the packets, again I don't know if it was Amazon's handling that one was lost or actually wasn't put in the box when Xymogen packaged it. What I do know is that Amazon should know what type of package to mail it in.

I’ve been using this product for years. The caffeine is amazing. Almost a slow release that seems to last 6 hours… no coffee crash a couple hours later. The taste is not as bad as most electrolyte mixes because it’s not super salty and the effervescence mutes it a bit. I just put mine in about 8-12 oz water and chug. ONLY GET THE BERRY FLAVOR. LEMON IS AWFUL! It is kind of pricy, but Xymogen is a top shelf brand. Also, when it’s replacing coffee, morning electrolytes, AND a daily multivitamin, it’s worth it. Just know you aren’t buying it for the yum factor.

I’ve been using ATP Ignite for years now because I have some health issues and it’s really seemed to help me with my hydration and restoration. My doctor recommended it and prior it was only available to buy at or through Dr’s so it’s sort of nice you’re able to get it easier now if you needed to. It doesn’t taste the best but it works better for me than any other product so I put a smaller amount of water with it and chug it. It works amazing for friends who have been dehydrated or have hangovers I’ve learned! I don’t share it with everyone because of the price but if my friend is sick or we’re staying over somewhere and need to feel better I’ll tell my friends to drink one and until I’ve shared it they’ve been skeptical. Some people have liked the taste others hate it. I think it’s funny because with my health issues I’ve definitely had to deal with taking some pretty nasty stuff and this is on the dislike side for me but not the worst I’ve had. I mentioned hangovers… my friends who don’t have health issues swear by other products like liquid IV. It works just as well for them and it’s a fraction of the price so if you’re looking at that comment and thinking you should try it for that I just wouldn’t. Save your money! I only use it because for some reason it’s all my body tolerates. I’ve never had any issues with APT Ignite in any flavor other than the cost! It used to be cheaper to get it by the container but now it’s the same or cheaper to get it in the individual packets like this so that’s why I have. Either way in comparison with other similar products this is far more expensive!!! If it weren’t the only thing that’s really worked well for me I’d never get it again!

I started buying this a few years ago and definitely feel the difference in my energy levels when I drink it. I drink it before any cardio class I take or teach. Love it 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

I love this product, any time that I do not have any energy to get out of bed , for me it is like Papyes spinach, it boosts my energy, & I can get to do the things I need to 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽
