Not the same size
I bought the copper one last year it was smaller ,but I thing it was different seller. it was cute and was working fine until 3 nights ago and it stopped working , as I changed my counter top I decide to get the silver one, I was surprised to see how bugger the silver one is and the plate inside is loose, but the advantage is this one has one and off switch so you don't have to plug and unplug, just need to turn the switch on or off. My preference was the smaller one but the on and off switch let me keep it and enjoy it.

Works for a month. Donโt buy.
I purchased this in January and it worked well. You plug it in, add your preferred incense, and turn the switch on. By February, it stopped heating up. Lights are on, but itโs not heating. I got it replaced for a new one because it must be a defective. Unfortunately, Iโm having the same issue. Itโs March, and it stopped heating. Do not waste your money.

Broke after only a few months of having Again!!!!
It stopped working after a few months! It was not expensive but I still wish it would have lasted longer. Just plugged it up one day to use and the plate wouldnโt get hot at all even though it was plugged up. Update: I was sent a new one and it has stopped working yet again!!!! Same issue, the plate no longer gets hot so it wonโt burn any incense๐ซจ

Exactly what I wanted!
I bought this electric Mabkhara because I wanted to start using Bakhoor for the first time and didnโt want to deal with the hassle of using coals to heat them. This works perfectly and is super easyโjust plug it in and add your Bakhoor to the tray. The product also includes tongs to handle the Bakhoor. Just remember that the lid (if you choose to use it) will get hot so never touch it without out using tongs or an oven mitt. I highly recommend this product if you want to have the beautiful scent of Bakhoor in your home without ever having to buy coals.

Defective
Stopped working after a few weeks, contacted supplier and they were not helpful in replacing defective item

Bad quality.
I have 6 different electric Bakhoor burners. This one only worked 4-5 times and then quit heating. It looks nice, and burns well when working, but it is obviously of bad quality. My other burners work just fine after very many uses. This is the only one I've had a problem with.

Beautiful.... just wish I wouldnโt have used the top. Itโs not silver anymore....
