They were white. It looks like they were refrigerated and then taken out. The texture was not evenly round like they should be. They should have a creamy texture when you bite into them. This is the third bag I have tried this year. Even the taste was different. They were good with giving you the refund.

Delicious
These are one of my all-time favorite of the Lindor truffle's and I am bummed that they only bring them out during the Christmas holiday time. I usually try to buy several packages of them before the end of the year, but got busy this year and forgot. So I was pleased to be able to find some on Amazon. They arrived in perfect condition, and they are delicious.

Does not ship well
I really like these! The problem with having them shipped is they come melted and misshaped. I did order them in the winter time, so you would think they’d be fine shipping. I suggest buying locally from your grocery store.
