GREAT TIME CLOCK WITH ACCESS FROM ANYWHERE
We have been using this time clock for about a month. It works EXACTLY as I had hoped. I tend to do my weekly payroll from my home office and the ease of use is great. I can look at each employees time punches or look at the group for total hours. Having access from anywhere is the best feature. And since we are a single use user, there are NO fees. Highly recommend this time clock!!!

Do not buy this contraption. I've had it for several months and still can not get it to work.The setup is time-consuming, not user-friendly, and does not function as advertised. I have 5 employees, so this should easily handle that. This product is no good. You will be disappointed. Unfortunately, I passed the return window, so I am stuck with a $160.00 paper weight.

Excellent product
I recently implemented the Anviz Time Clock at our workplace, and I must say, it has transformed our time management practices significantly. Additionally, the customer service provided by Anviz has been exceptional. Any questions or concerns we had been promptly addressed, which made the whole experience very positive. Horrid Service, Software & Everything!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!
Absolute worse experience ever. Timeclock and software have countless issues. Customer service is absolutely horrendous. Company is overseas, so only answers about 2-3am US time & will not give answers to questions, takes days-weeks to respond. Went to customer service with 4 separate issues, still on week 3 not a single one solved. Throwing this thing in a box and returning to get my money back, bc it’ll never work when i cant get customer service to help. When you manually enter a time, it wont show up on report and calculate. The week’s report randomly leaves out hours - i had several employees come to me that their times were wrong, reports show it’s correct, but when you look at their punches they worked an additional 5+ hours that the report just decides not to add in. Overnight punches for second shift (even after setting up a shift) doesnt calculate at all, and even if it calculated, shift option doesnt work the second the employee punches in 1 minute early to shift or leaves 1 minute late from shift. Absolute worst timeclock, horrible software & even worse customer service!! Only buy if you truly want to mess up each week’s payroll and just guess the entire time. Bad experience with just 20 employees, i couldnt imagine having to manually calculate total hours by hand for 50+. Thanks for the horrible service, Raj, beating around every question and not giving any answers whatsoever.

Advertise that its free, but slap you with a subscription fee
As a small business, we needed to upgrade from an old school punch system to an online based clock in system. I wanted to use it for a couple months before leaving a review, and there's a couple good points and a couple bad points. Pros: The actual time clock works pretty well and after tinkering around with inputting all our workers information, it was pretty easy going from using an employee number punch in system to using the tap cards. 2nd point. So far even if the employees accidentally double tap to clock in or clock out, it doesn't record it improperly for the time sheet. Cons: Main advertising point is that it FREE for their online service, but I've just received a notification that they will now be charging us an annual fee in order to continue to use their service. If you're going to bait and switch customers, you shouldn't continue to advertise that it is FREE for users to use it as your first bullet under the item description. I've been using their online portal for months and I'm just getting a notification about that on the Feb 24th they switched over to subscription service over 1 week AFTER they transitioned? Copied from their product description: NO MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION: 0 Monthly Fee. Our CrossChex Cloud software is for free and can meet all time management requirements of any size business, like companies, offices, factories, hotels, schools, restaurants etc. Everything can be done very easily on the cloud software and you don't need to operate it on your device 2nd point is that it took their customer service a couple days to get back to me about running online reports. I ended up having to figure out a solution on my own because their online customer service didn't even offer a solution as well. Perhaps if they offered live customer service it would be better? 3rd point is that the app doesn't work at all. I'm not sure if its an android issue, but their app gives 0 access to view as admin, and for workers, it doesn't give the ability to remotely clock in or record lunch breaks. To be honest, I'm not sure what the purpose of having the app serves if you can't view information, or use it to remotely clock in. 4th point. When producing the reports, in order to use any of the data, you actually need to be savvy with excel in order to process the information into anything useful. There isn't any report that you can access from their site that will compile the data in any meaningful way. When you download the report, you will have to create your own Excel formulas to process time in a numerical figure in order to process. 5th point. After 3 months of using the product, now one of our time clocks isn't posting the correct time. I'm not sure if this is because we haven't activated a subscription. But since its connected online, this should NEVER happen. Honestly, I expected that there would be a learning curve. So all the small reporting issues or software bugs was to be expected. The main disappointment is that they are trying to sell themselves as a free service, and then without any kind of communication require that the user is required to pay to continue service. If they had been upfront about the cost of using their product, it would be acceptable. We will continue to use their product only because it would be too time consuming to purchase a new system and to educate all of our workers on using a new service, but due to their business practices I would NOT recommend purchasing this product.

Inexpensive with impressive features.
The company I purchased this for had no need to use the fingerprint scanner nor the ID cards, they only wanted the Employee ID to be input. They DID require a timeclock to be accessible ONLINE to access the info without USB drives or being at the site to obtain the information. It's compact and does NOT take up much room. The online software was easy enough for the accountant to set up himself (NOT very tech savvy, self admitted) and he loves the reports he can run compared to other timeclocks at other locations within the business. Personally, it's a bit cheaply made. It's also a bit of a hassle to set up given it's cumbersome data entry on the unit itself. Mounting is fairly secure, since once it's mounted, it would be pretty difficult to unmount it given the extremely limited access to the mounting screw on the mounting plate. Overall, it's a good purchase. Initial setup on the device (entering WiFi password) could be a bit easier, otherwise it's been solid since the initial install.

Great Product so far, excellent Customer Support
We purchased this time clock in January this year for our remote factory. The set up was fairly easy and the features of the machine are very impressive, and we are optimistic that this time clock will greatly assist our business. What i can say is that for the approximately four times i have contacted their customer support line, the response time and technical support have been very impressive. I am not a technical person, and i was successful in the set up because of the knowledge, patience and courtesy of the agents i spoke to. We are now completing the final full set up of the machine (entering employees names, numbers etc), and i will give an update when the time clock starts to take ethe rigors of daily work. ..but GREAT so far.

Software is a bit tricky
Have had it for a few weeks and am still trying to sort out the software for it. Works for some employees but not others consistently. Other then that so far so good

Une machine simple et efficace
J'avais acheté déjà une machine d'une autre compagnie, trop de problèmes, notamment pour la connexion. Celui-ci est satisfaisant, pas beaucoup d'efforts ou de connaissances pour le connecter en ligne et voir les données des employés. D'ailleurs même leur service de soutien est très rapide, j'avais besoin d'aide pour un point qui me semblait compliqué, ils ont été très professionnel avec leur style d'assistance.

i want an offline solution. this was pitched as a no account needed. it is lies. you need to use their stupid whatever online whatever to config and track. i’m sure there is a shady terms and conditions and user data collections and it’s like omfg this is the world we live in now hate it because it was a waste of time and carbon footprint roundtripping the thing from and back to amazon
