I have a large collection of Basilur tea and I personally like the book #3 more than the first two. It is a matter of taste, as can I understand it. For me, it smells just fine and delicate aroma of herbs creates atmosphere of my grandmother's kitchen. If for someone book#3 smells like Hospital I am sorry, for almost $20 it is sad.

Admittedly purchased for the tin.
While the metal book is gorgeous, the tea itself has a very syrupy almost cough medicine taste to it.
