The material s a hard, card-like shell covered in a soft flock-like material. Lovely.

It's hard card with a felt covering and velcro to keep the sides up.

What head size does it fit?

It fitted both myself and a friend , we are very different heights and dress sizes there is a right way to wear it as it is a proper hat shape very good value for the money .
