Can I made the peanut butter with this ?

I can't say that I have tried, it's quite a powerful little machine and I'm sure it would pulverize peanuts easily enough. It does not have the power of a full sized Magimix, this machine is more for sauces and suchlike. I use it for pastry for quiches, etc though only to blend flour and fat, using it to bring the pastry together with water would probably be too much for it. Hope this helps!

Will it grind spices?

Love this machine for sauces, dressings and chopping vegetables for chutneys etc. etc. but the handbook (although there are recipes using hazelnuts and walnuts) advises against trying to chop very hard ingredients such as nutmeg which could damage the blades. Would suggest a fine grater plus a pestle and mortar as alternative.

I'm looking for something to make pesto & nut butter in single portions, would this do?

Definitely, I love mine too, really useful. I even take it on self catering holidays!

Does it have s smallhole in lid to drizzle oil to make mayonnaise

Yes, there is a small hole in the lid. I have never made mayonnaise with it however, but it an excellent machine.
