DOESNT WORK!!!
UPDATE: After going back and forth with this store, my issue was not resolved. I provided the image they requested of the tablet not working. I suggested a video screen grab would be good so they can see the issue. however, the video cant be uploaded to the request. I asked for an email to send the video, they said go to the site to get it. I went to joycloud and pritom via amazon, and there is no email or address. They said no go to the official website, I googled both, and nothing comes up for a website. They wont provide the website, or email. I asked to proceed with the warranty, since I did send the picture they requested showing the issue. They will not proceed, not demanding the video that I suggested to send to them because I had one. I have reported the store and again asked to be sent the warranty information so I can return or repair the tablet for my nephew. The tablet turns on and does nothing. I purchased this for my nephew for Christmas. He just called me and told me it comes on but does nothing. He is so upset, he loved this tablet! Going to contact the shop or support to see what can be done. I will update my review with the outcome.

Excellent customer service
We bought the tablet in February 2024, and the touchscreen recently stopped responding. I contacted Pritom support, and I got an immediate response from Peter. After a few email exchanges, we got a replacement two days ago, and the issue was successfully resolved. Thank you, Peter, for your excellent support and timely assistance.

Its a slow cheap tablet. my old pritom was a lot better
Slow very slow. Screen is not very sensitive and pushed icons dont work. Way too much google bloat ware for my taste. oh the case is very cheap also. edit: I have been using it for a month now and is doing better. Battery life is pretty good. I got rid of all the bloat and seems better.
