Must-have for sensitive sculp
I have a very sensitive sculp and have had allergic reactions to many high-end products in the past. This brand is great, it feels like an expensive shampoo while it`s quite affordable and it last a while. I also think it has improved my hair and it`s not shedding as bad. I highly recommend it!

Good for sensitive skin
I have a lifelong allergy to most shampoo, soaps, detergents etc. (not cosmetics or lotions). So, I have a very long list of suspected ingredients- and am thrilled that this did not include any of those! My scalp and ears are not a constant itchy, miserable scab-land. Unfortunately it doesn’t dry my scalp and gives me dandruff, so it’s still not the perfect formula for my needs. I’m very attached to salon quality products and people say my hair looks very shiny - which I like - but I feel like it’s more limp than with some other products. Overall, I’d give it a solid B+ to A- for my needs. Give it a try!

Soft silky hair no irritation
I absolutely love this shampoo. I swapped it as a starter. It lathers well, no irritation and rinses clean. My hair is soft (and as post meno that is a miracle!)

Great Shampoo. Cleans well.
Great shampoo. Had dandruff for six months. Nothing I tried helped to rid of the dandruff. This worked and cleared my scalp in two weeks.

Red, Inflamed, PAINFUL “Bumps” on Scalp!!!
I normally never write reviews (good or bad), but I wanted to warn others of my experience, after using three SEEN Fragrance Free hair care products. This line of products is advertised as being “Non-comedogenic (won’t clog pores)”, “Non-irritating”, and “Safe for Sensitive Skin & Scalp”, and “Safe for Acne-Prone Skin”. These are the three products I used: 1) SEEN Shampoo, Fragrance Free, 2) SEEN Conditioner, Fragrance Free, and 3) SEEN Deeper Conditioner, Fragrance Free. I used all of these products, as directed. First, I used the Shampoo (“Apply shampoo to wet hair. Lather and rinse.”), then I used the Conditioner (“Apply generously after using SEEN Shampoo. Leave on for 2-3 minutes before rinsing.”), then I used a very small amount of the Deeper Conditioner, only on the very ends of my hair strands (about the last 1 - 2 inches), to help with conditioning them, as my ends are very dry. After using all three of these products, and rinsing them from my hair/scalp, very well, my hair did not feel softer or smoother. And I did not experience reduced frizz. I experienced the exact opposite!!! I noticed right away, after getting out of the shower, that my long hair (not thin, but not extremely thick; somewhere in the middle) felt extremely greasy, heavy, and weighed down. I thought, “Oh no!!!” Then, when I tried to get my Large Tangle Teezer brush through my very wet hair, to detangle it, I couldn’t, because my hair was a “tangled up mess”. It’s somewhat difficult to explain, but my hair felt extremely dried out and damaged, but it also felt extremely greasy, at the same time. Very strange. I lost a lot of hair, just trying to detangle the “greasy mess”. I don’t know how my hair could feel so greasy, and at the same time, be impossible to get a Tangle Teezer through it, to detangle it??? Then, as seen in the photo I uploaded, my scalp began to break out, on the hairline, in red, inflamed, painful bumps!!! I later developed a few more of these bumps on my scalp, further back from the hairline. These products are supposed to be acne safe and non-comedogenic!!! I didn’t even buy these products due to them supposedly being acne safe and non-comedogenic. I purchased these because they were advertised on SEEN’s website as being Gluten-free, Fragrance Free (along with being free of sulfates, silicones, phthalates, parabens, dyes, etc.) I’ve never had a shampoo or conditioner cause my scalp to breakout in red, painful “bumps”, so the claims made on SEEN’S website regarding their products being formulated without “pore-clogging oils” and that they are “Safe for Acne-Prone Skin” didn’t really seem like a “big deal” to me, because I’m a 55 year old woman, and I have used a ton of different shampoos and conditioners, in my lifetime, with none of them ever causing painful “bumps” on my scalp. I mentioned that I used all three products because I don’t know which product caused these “bumps”? Aside from these painful “bumps”, my hair was left feeling greasy and weighed down, and it was impossible to get a wide tooth comb and/or a Tangle Teezer brush through it, without my hair being ripped out. I lost a lot of hair!!! I’m not saying that others will have the same issues as I did using these products, but I thought I should mention my experience. I had to find and purchase a clarifying Gluten-free and Fragrance Free shampoo, just to get the greasiness out of my hair, after having used the SEEN products. Then, I finally, thankfully, discovered CeraVe Gentle Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner (both “formulas are pH-balanced, non-comedogenic, and allergy-tested and suitable for sensitive scalps. They’re also phthalate-free, sulfate-free, paraben-free, fragrance-free, and formulated for all hair types, including curls and color-treated hair.”). I LOVE the CeraVe Gentle Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner. They seem to be helping the damage caused to my scalp and hair, after using the SEEN products. They have caused me no issues whatsoever, and they are much more affordable compared to SEEN, at only around $9.00 each (for a 12 fluid ounce bottle of shampoo and a 9 fluid ounce tube of conditioner). Perhaps the red, inflamed “bumps” on my scalp, from using the SEEN products, aren’t “acne”, but rather a reaction due to trace amounts of gluten? I’m not sure? I have Celiac Disease (Dx in 2004). Because the Founder of SEEN is a Harvard-Trained Dermatologist, I was willing to splurge on these products, hoping for excellent results. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I hope others have better luck than me with this line. Of Note: I called Amazon, right away, after experiencing the red, painful, inflamed “bumps”, and they were extremely helpful. They allowed me to return all three products and I received a refund.

Excellent product
Amazing product. Works very well. No scent whatsoever. Exactly what I wanted. I’m very allergic to scented products. 100% recommend to anyone with allergies (and even those without). Leaves your hair soft and tangle free.
