We bought a new couch because our cats keep destroying them - no matter how many times we take them off and give them a scratching alternative. Once I noticed them scratching the new couch I looked into good and aesthetic and reasonable priced options and ended up ordering the mats. I am actually surprised how well they look. The best thing is that the cats do not like scratching on them because I didn't want to encourage them using the couch for that. So I'm overall happy so far and would recommend.

Keeps the cats from scratching my furniture. My cats usually have a spot in particular they scratch, so I knew exactly where to put it, and it worked like a charm. They continued to scratch their regular spot - except this time, my couch wasn't being destroyed. Works great, and would recommend it. Instead of using the tacks it comes with to attach it to the couch, I just used a staple gun....and I will say it's holds up so much more.

Bought this due to my couch suffering from the paws of two cats. The only way to attach them is with the corkscrew pins that they provide and while I used all of them, it did still feel a bit flimsy. Thankfully my cats aren’t super hard scratchers so it’s held up pretty well and can handle it when they do scratch. Also it looks nice.

I have an almost 8 year old cat who destroyed my old couch. The couch was older than him so at the time I didn't care as much, but when it came time to order new furniture I realized it would be a problem. He has never shown interest in any type of scratcher I've tried in the past so I wasn't sure how he'd feel about the mats, but they've worked perfectly. He's able to scratch and my furniture doesn't have to suffer. I had no issues with the fasteners that were included, I focused them mostly around the front of the couch arm since that's his preferred area and they've stayed secure. I'm happy to have found a solution that works for both of us!

Really wanted something my cats would be drawn to. The young one scratches a LOT and I wanted to protect my couch, my chairs, my shoes.. so I was looking for a product that looked nice, protected the furniture, but also offered up a safe place for her to get some good scratching done. But she absolutely hates these. Yes, they look nice and will protect the areas they cover, but my cat does everything in it's power to get around them to uncovered areas of the couch. She does not like the feel or texture of these at all .. so they're basically useless as scratching pads. But I will use them to cover other hard to reach areas I don't want her to get at... While I also find a different product so she can have more scratching areas she actually likes and will use.

These panels are so much better than any adhesive kind. I love the color and my couch is well protected from kitty claws.

We've had these on our couch for two years, and they work great, especially if once in a while you put a little catnip on them. They are not worn out yet, either. Very durable. Highly recommend.

Protects the furniture as long as it stays attached. I think that statement is all I can say for it.
