What are the capsules made from

They contain bovine gelatine, Magnesium Stearate, and Silicon Dioxide. Not suitable for vegetarians. Hope this is helpful

Is this more benefical than the malt and cod liver oil

I think it depends on your reasons for taking it. I have no idea what benefits malt & cod liver oil have. I have been using Seatone for 27 years, if I stop taking it my ankles and knees start hurting. I researched it then and decided it was for me and it has been brilliant for my purposes. I will add that I contracted Sarcoidosis all those years ago, which I still have, and this was the reason my ankles and knees (apart from many other joints), hurt so much that I couldn't put any weight on them. It worked within a few days, so for me, it was a miracle cure. Boots stopped selling it and I was in panic mode until I discovered it on Amazon.

Are these soft gel capsules ??

they are capsules in a plastic-like shell. The shell is in 2 halves so I assume you could seperate them if you have trouble swallowing. Not sure you would like the taste though. They are the best ones if you have arthritic joints. No other green lipped mussels work so well and i have taken them for at least 30 years and I have tried other ones and they don't have the same effect.

Is this genuine Seaton?

Yes, this is genuine Seatone and my 88 and 90 year old parents swear by it for keeping their joints lubricated and mobile. Hope this assists.
