Incredible healthy recipes
It is full of very easy recipes to keep my one and only body, fit and healthy. I am almost 70 and taking care of my body with these amazing recipes, is very important. A great way to eat well.

Great Cookbook
While starting HBD can be a challenge, this book is super helpful for beginning the process. So far all the recipes I've tried have been delicious and the guide helps to highlight the key parts of the diet I need to remember. Makes a great companion to the main HBD book by this author.

Not worth the money
Don’t like most of the recipes but the Dr recommended this book so thought Id give it a try

Worth a reading
Good book, it helped me improve my diet and carry on reading about nutrition. It's an evolving science, like everything else. I never truly went through all 3 phases of this diet because I just needed to lose about 5-6kg, so I only adopted the last phase (the 'forever diet') and I entirely quit ultra-processed food. You can't go wrong with this because it's a very healthy eating lifestyle. I lost 3-4kg, the rest was achieved later with the keto diet + intermittent fasting. Keto is basically the HBD forever diet plus a lot of healthy fats on top. Which is nice! Fat makes you lose weight, which is not a well known fact. Good luck!

Currently on day 8 and I’ve lost 4 kg - update 8kg in 24 days.
This is a great reset. I’ve done juice detoxes before but the amount of sugar (from fruit), I end up with my blood sugar all over the place. With this I’ve been more consistent with my energy levels, generally feel more energised even after just over a week and feel better about myself. The day 2 headache (sugar withdrawal) was hard, but needed. Update: now I get a treat meal once a week (phase 3) and am still losing weight - down 8kg in 24 days.
