Can footswitches be programmed to switch between Midi Caption presets? Or can you only change presets with the rotary encoder?

So far the presets are designed as a self-loop which can't be changed on-going. The idea is to set all the needed key functions for a certain application within one presets. If you still have difficult to get all the control things done, you can let us know the detailed needs and we can help to make special firmware for you.

Really curious about trying this out. does it have the ability to send lfos via midi?

I think the MIDI LFO is a uplevel commands with note sequence. So far midi captain can send multi note messages at the same but not in sequence. Is that possible the LFO function is still at the APP level and we just send a note or CC to triggle the LFO sequence. If the MIDI Captain are designed to send LFOs directly, the setup could be very complete.
