If you only have an electric hob this is the only way to cooK a rare or medium rare steak. I have used it every week since I got it.

Small and not that hot
Nice product but heads up that it's less than 3cm thick and only 20x20cm. It doesn't sear the steak very well and certainly doesn't hold enough heat to cook a thick piece, so if you're looking for medium rare, give the steak a quick sear in a pan the mainly use the stone to keep it nice and hot. Or cut small pieces to cook on the stone. The listing should show dimensions.

Poor quality. Misleading advertising
Pictures do not match what is delivered A cheap looking wooden base nothing like the pictures. The pictures also show a better quality display/storage box. The item comes in a cheap cardboard box. Save your money!

Disappointed
Sadly after heating the stone as directed the heat stayed in the stone for such a short time we had to cook our steak again - was very flavourless - really disappointed ! Tried the product twice ... Not recommended
