Great for Quick Tandoori at Home – Fresh and Easy to Store
I used this tandoori masala to season chicken in the oven, and the result was really good. The flavour came out rich and slightly smoky, and the colour it gives the food is very appealing. When I first opened the pack, the aroma was strong and fresh, which is always a good sign. The powder is fine and mixes easily into marinades without clumping. What I like most is the zip seal packaging. After using it, I can just seal it back up without worrying about spills or losing freshness, which makes it very convenient for regular use. I like to sprinkle just a tad of this in my spaghetti sauce and it brings it to a different level that is that yum yum you can't put your finger on it though taste!
