Stay regular
This stuff works in about 15-20 minutes for constipation. Add a few drops to your morning beverage or straight in the mouth. Shake really well for best results

Good taste because they have no taste. Easy to hide in juice or water.
Very good so far. Easy to hide in juice or water. No taste. I just really don’t know if they help you go to bathroom but maybe in time I will notice a difference.

This magnesium works great. It is pretty sweet but the taste doesn't linger so I can deal with the sweetness. The one negative is dropper is not good. I wish it had markings on it because I don't trust the volume and that's coming from someone who works in a lab and can pipet in their sleep. I keep using it though because it works to keep things moving, I just use a measuring spoon for dosing.

Only thing to work on my leg cramps. Other magnesium didn't absorb as well.

Caused Allergic Reaction
Bought for my 12 year old daughter after her doctor recommended magnesium instead of melatonin. We did not read the fine print that this was non refundable if it didn't help after so many days. My daughter said it tasted horrible and she did not see any results. She had a severe angioedema (allergic) reaction to this product! The doctor said which is odd for magnesium so it has to be to something else in this product. I would not recommend this product since clearly there is something in it other than the three ingredients shown.
