I am using this product since March 2024, it's been 2 years since I am using this. I have no negative points for this product. It is really good and performs what it was bought for. Battery cycle is good, you won't feel that you have to charge it every now and then. If in confusion whether to buy this or not, straight Yes

Good Product but speed too high for coffee cups
Product design, quality and performance is very good. Produce is also priced perfectly. Only difficulty I found is that the speed is very high to use it with coffee cups causing spills. It is made for large quantities. Lower speed setting for coffee cups would have been perfect. On/Off button and speed control button should be separate.
