Lower back pain almost gone after just a couple of uses!
After having some excruciating lower back pain for about a week and trying stretches and hanging from a pullup bar to relieve some of the pain, I became desperate and figured I'd give one of these wheel things a try. I got the 9" and debated on the 12" not knowing how aggressive I wanted to go. After using this just once, I noticed a significant reduction in pain and it seemed to be working. I gave it another go the morning after and had similar positive results. I might buy the 12" for a less aggressive approach as this one is at my limit of pressure and it's more aggressive and not as relaxing as I was hoping for, but maybe that was what I needed? I plan on using this on the regular and would recommend this to anyone with back pain.

Fitbeast Foam Roller 30 Day Review
Build: The build quality of the Fitbeast foam roller is simple, but very solid. The inner ring (apparently made of racing helmet material) has a smooth finish. There is text embossed to indicate which side is the more firm, but this is pretty obvious just from pressing the nubs. The foam layer is firmly attached to the inner ring. As indicated above, the roller itself is half firm and half softer. It also has a channel down the middle where there are no nubs to avoid the spine. I thought that was a really nice feature that has been lacking on other products that Iโve used. I go a bit further into comfort below. After a monthโs use, I canโt see any wear on the roller. It seems like something that will last a long time. I have purchased other Fitbeast products before including various grip strength tools and gymnastic rings. I incorporate most of these items into my daily routine and have had no issues with quality after having used some of their products for 3+ years. I definitely recommend the brand. Usage: Iโm a big fan of foam rollers and have a small collection that Iโve accumulated over the last 5-6 years. I have rotated between a standard 6โ diameter roller, a more aggressive knobby roller, and one that runs between the shoulder blades. They all have their purpose, but also drawbacks. My bumpy roller was too aggressive, especially on my shoulder blades. I also felt that it was too aggressive near my spine. I found it useful, but often painful. The type that ran between my shoulder blades didnโt do anything that my standard roller would do and wasnโt aggressive enough. After having used the Fitbeast for a month, I think I will eliminate those two from the workout space. I canโt imagine giving up the 6โ roller. Itโs very versatile for the whole body. I think the Fitbeast roller shines when used on the back. I have tried it to foam roll my legs a bit. It was effective, but I think that the 6โ roller is just a bit easier for that application since itโs closer to the ground. That said, for any back application, the Fitbeast roller is hands down the most effective foam roller Iโve used. Iโm a software engineer and sit a lot, so I use foam rollers daily for maintenance. Iโve used the Fitbeast daily for a month for both maintenance and on several occasions where I had a particular need to foam roll. It has always been very comfortable to use and it does a great job helping to work the tight areas in my back. I like the bigger yoga wheel since it gives my back a nice stretch. It doesnโt irritate my shoulder blades or spine so I can get the therapeutic effect without the discomfort so I much more relaxed when I use roller. Iโm very happy with my purchase!

Good but could be better
I bought this because I couldnโt find one that was deep tissue all the way. This works but moves as you are using it and I always end up with the ridge to separate the deep tissue bumps from the lighter side on my back and it isnโt comfortable.

Great product for the back!
These Fit Beast wheels are awesome! Just as pictured, they are very sturdy and wider than my more expensive name brand wheels. The extra width allows for better balance when rolling backwards over the wheels. There's no chance of rolling off of the wheels and hurting oneself like I do with my other wheels. The bumps on them are firm but slightly squishy, which gives the muscles a bit of massage. I like the 3 different sizes for different areas of my body, but tend to use the medium size the most. The wheels fit inside of each other, which makes transporting and storing them a breeze. They work well, are a super value for what I paid, are sturdy, help in stretching the back, resulting in some good popping, and help alleviate my back pain. I use these before seeing the chiropractor and most nights before bed. These are a great, inexpensive addition to an adult's daily stretch and wellness routine!

โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ Sturdy, Effective, and a Game-Changer for Back Relief
A friend recommended this FitBeast Back Stretcher, and Iโm so glad I gave it a try. The build quality is excellentโsturdy and well-made, so it feels like it will last a long time. I use it to release knots and tension in my upper and mid-back, and within just a few minutes, I can feel the tightness melt away. It provides deep, targeted pressure thatโs hard to achieve with other self-massage tools. Itโs now part of my daily routine, saving me frequent (and expensive) trips to the chiropractor. Plus, itโs convenient to use anytime I need quick relief. Pros: Sturdy and durable construction Relieves back tension and knots effectively Saves money and time compared to chiropractor visits Easy to use at home, anytime Cons: Not a full substitute for professional care if you have serious back issues If you deal with back tension or muscle tightness, this is a simple but highly effective tool worth adding to your routine.

Heavier weight/older people use.
For larger people and older folks, I found using on the bed worked just as well without needing help off the floor.

Great product
This is 100% the best back roller/self massage tool I have ever used. I can't even believe how good it feels!!! I am obsessed. Definitely buy this if you have any back aches, muscle tightness, or just want to feel good without spending $100+ on a massage!

Blissful Pressure Point Pain
I have the original Chirp wheel set but they don't have the knobs for maximum pressure and massage. This wheel is incredible and beats my ass! Let me tell you! I have a massive amount of trauma that I've been holding onto for 30 years. I've recently lost over 120lbs and have been getting myself into shape. But the muscle atrophy along with cemented in trauma, plus a car accident and years of physical abuse that crippled my back and knees... These wheels are a godsend. I don't make the kind of money where I can get surgeries or go to specialists for treatment. They gave me opioids years ago, got me addicted and then stopped the scripts when they realized that the drugs were so harmful... It turned a lot of good people into pariahs and we can't get treatment or taken seriously because of past decisions... So we make due with what we can. And this wheel, even though it can cause pain, it has helped to alleviate so much more.

Not very easy to keep balance
It is hard to keep balance at beginning, my suggesstion is make knobs at both side of the edge, then the wheel can touch the ground stablly. it can relax my back, but it is a little bit expensive.
