Back broke after 1 year of usage, Non existent servuce support after
1 year of usage and backsupport broke. Tried calling their customer support but it looks like it is non existent.Amazon are not ready to help at all as return period has expired and so is warranty. Even paid service cannot be done is what I am told.

good chair with some cons
Product is good. Here are some things i observed that u should consider while buying 1. alignment of all screw holes is not upto mark. assembling the lower part is very easy, but fixing the back rest all by urself is a big task. 2. screws to backrest for my piece is not good. not aligned properly and therefore jugaad is making sqeeking sounds 3. round shape of hand rest can be pretty painful for ur legs if u have the habit of sitting on this type of chair with folded legs. if that's the case try to buy the one with T shape handrest 4. comfort when kt comes to backrest is very good. good design. no complaints 5. overall i won't say this is a bad product. it's a good product with some cons. but not completely disappointed. therefore 3 stars
