Where do you get the paediatric probe for this unit?

Everything you need however if your child is below 5 it won't work as the finger probe is too big but a great piece of kit if your child is older it will fit an adult too

What software does it use and is it windows-only or iOS compatible?

The software is downloaded from the internet with a link or QR code - it uploads to PC Windows OS but I dont know about iOS - The unit is self contained ie it does not need the external software to work - the software just keep recordings - I havent used it as its not really all that useful for my practice. However the Pulse oxiometer is very good and fits well on fingers and toes.

How long is the cable between probe and unit please?

1.48m from where the cable starts at the finger piece to where it attaches to the unit.
