I absolutely love the shaker container and I have quite a few. I use these for chicken, bouillon powder and beef bouillon powder regularly so I like to have these pretty containers so they can sit out and look nice. I use chicken bouillon for not only making chicken soup, but it’s a regular seasoning that I use for steaks, popcorn, vegetables, or anything else to add a kick of flavor. These containers make that really handy. They’re also great for powdered sugar or anything else that you use on a regular basis that you need a shaker for. Good quality. The only thing I find is that these are a bit small but it’s nice that they fit in the cabinet well also. I would highly recommend this purchase to anyone who needs a shaker for any seasoning that you have. It also comes with a lid, which is really great because it keeps your seasoning loose instead of getting caked inside the container.

Perfect for rice flour and powdered sugar!

Overall this is a solid powdered sugar shaker and the design is pretty good. It dispenses powder evenly as long as you shake it gently and carefully. The main downside is that powder tends to collect in the cap after you use it. When you put the plastic lid back on, some of the powder can get into the lid and make things a little messy. It’s not a huge issue, but something to be aware of. You also need to use a light hand to get an even dusting. If you shake too enthusiastically it can release more powder than you intended. For full transparency, I actually bought this to experiment with applying dry shampoo powder. I can’t really judge it for that purpose since that’s not what it’s designed for, but it did help me see how the shaker works. For powdered sugar on baked goods, I think it would do the job well. Overall it’s a useful little kitchen tool with a decent design, just expect a small amount of powder buildup in the lid.

The screen does a great job in dispensing powdered sugar on French Toast and I like the plastic cover to keep the contents clean and dry.

We have several shakers but use this one specifically for flouting the board when making bread. Sifts perfect and delivers perfect amount. I do keep it in ziplock sealed bag so no moisture will get in when not in use. Easy refill and attractive stainless steel.

The shaker works okay but you need to be a little aggressive to get it out and sometimes just spits too much out. Doesn't function well if it's too full.

My daughter loves her freshly baked croissants (chocolate, raspberry) at home and this is the perfect item to put powdered sugar (icing sugar) in to sprinkle on top. Durable and efficient

Decent product and functions well enough.

The stainless steel quality is very good and after many months of usage there is no sign of rusting. The flour comes out evenly from the mesh. The only problem I face is opening the lid when I need to refill it - it gets jammed. A screw top lid would have been much easier to open.
