Wow wow wow! I was recommended to use this by Chat GPT as crazy as it sounds. I feel like ive tried every hand cream and cuticle oil going. After putting all my symptoms, sending a photo and telling Chat GPT that im allergic to biab, shellac and acrylic nails, the information I got back was unreal. It gave me a plan which included this amazing hand cream, along with petroleum jelly and cotton gloves (also bought on Amazon) for two weeks, and in just over a week I can 100% say ive never had skin like it! Everytime your hands are in water, once dry put this cream on straight after, and various times throughout the day, a little goes a long way and my skin feels like velvet afterwards, not sticky at all! Then at night, apply this cream with the petroleum jelly on my cuticals and sleep with cotton gloves on. My skin is the best its ever been but im going to keep up to it as Chat GPT explained, my protective barrier is currently broken and needs to be fixed. Ill add photos so you can see the before and after and that speaks volumes. But like anything consistency is key, it really is working! For such a good price, I will definitely continue to buy this cream going forward and will recommend to anyone. There's no fragrance, but im not bothered about that, the fact its working and my hands are no longer sore is what matters to me. Ive thrown every other hand cream and oil out as im so confident in this cream!

Since the beginning of “the Big C”, my once sturdy and time/element resistant hands began to exhibit redness and rashes with all the hand washing and anti-bacs we were ordered to use. It was brutal. My hands were peeling, itching, red and so painful. I developed dermatitis. Not pretty. I got some relief with an herbal remedy, but it did not clear it up completely. I tried lots of products over the two and a half years of “the Big C” (with varied results, Nursem came close) and I was still suffering bouts of dermatitis off and on. In yet another frustrating search I found this product. I bought it based on the reviews, not expecting much (as other products I had bought previously had also been favourably reviewed). Within one application, my hands felt instant relief. Within two days, all the pain and itching and redness was gone! Now, every time, my hands get irritated, I reach quickly for the tube of Cica Mains. This stops my reaction completely. (The smaller tube fits perfectly in one’s handbag for travel). Very effective product, indeed! Hope you find relief with this as well. Worth every penny and it won’t take a huge amount of applications to work its magic. Oily or not (one criticism someone had) it works. I found it to be a nice consistency and it was not oily on my hands at all. (Shake the tube before applying, maybe?)

It’s great for hands especially rough areas and works well and better than other products I’ve used. It is slightly greasy but soaks in well and I use overnight as well very impressed.

Too expensive to use regularly but it does work as a repair cream

I don’t write too many reviews unless I feel something is really worth shouting about and sharing. My hands don’t look dry or flaky etc, they look normal but I am on so many different medications it affects my skin and nails. I get thro SO many hand creams and I’m applying it literally every 15mins or so because I hate how irritable my hands feel because they feel so dry on the inside and the out. Most hand creams feel too light so the ones that usually suit me are the body butters from the body shop for extra dry skin but it gets so expensive. I use this brand for my facial skincare and lips and it’s always been the best and very trustworthy so I thought I would give their hand cream a try! I received it today and as soon as I applied it it was such a relief as I only need a tiny amount compared to what i normally would apply and the cream is lovely and thick and I applied it a couple of hours ago and that’s me only just needing to apply it again. I think this is going to last me so much longer than everything else I was using and I know and trust this brand to have excellent ingredients in it. This will definitely be my go to hand cream from now on😊 If you are like me and need a thicker cream then I highly recommend it! The quality is great!

Really like it, helps my dry hands alot

Amongst the balm-type hand creams I've used this is far and above the best. It is a heavy balm with a milky color, it spreads well and effectively forms a second skin on the hands. It isn't great as a daytime hand cream (you will leave marks on everything) but I find it unbeatable as a nighttime cream. It is second to steroid cream for healing especially compromised hands and is one of the few that will eventually absorb with time despite being so heavy. I always keep a tube spare for when my hands get bad - this stuff is great

This product is amazing. It has literally saved my hands! After suffering for years with very sore, chapped, irritated and itchy skin on my hands I’ve finally found a product that works. I have awful contact dermatitis on my hands that can make it very painful to wash my hands or even to extend my fingers. Doctors have given me creams and steroid creams that don’t really work (not a fan of steroid creams anyway as they thin your skin). This cream is amazing because it moisturises and soothes the dryness/ itchiness on your hands but also protects your skin. I apply after washing my hands every time but don’t have to use a lot as the previous layer is still present. I would strongly recommend for anybody with sore or dry hands, even if you have sought medical advice like myself. My only regret is that I didn’t take before and after pictures! I’ve been using for a few months and my hands are so much better almost beyond recognition. I can’t recommend enough and have been extremely impressed with the range of La Roche-Possay products for my whole family. Worth every single penny!

Effective and helpful for dry skin

I absolutely love this hand cream. It has helped my hand eczema so much and keeps my skin feeling soft and comfortable. Whenever my hands feel dry, I apply it, and it provides instant relief. I carry it with me all the time and use it throughout the day. With regular use, it not only moisturizes but also helps improve and manage my eczema. I highly recommend it.
