Q: Does the setting powder have a tone? I use the light dermablend, will this match the foundation?

Setting powder is translucent, has no colour to it :-)

Q: Is this product good for stretchmarks and scars on arms

This product is great for keeping your makeup on your skin and makes your skin Matt (I use it on its own most days just for that).. but I haven't used it for anything other than that even if it does make your skin ever so slightly paler.. though have you tried Bio Oil? Lovely smell and hydrates skin for women who have stretch marks or are pregnant and use it to help skin keep up with stretching :)

Q: Does this blend in well on dark skin? Does it make you look ashy?

Nope... you dust your face with the puff in it, let it settle, then dust excess off with a big brush like a blusher brush. I sometimes mist my whole face when finished to look less matte.
