THE MANUAL THEY SEND YOU DONT MAKE SENSE AND IS NO HELP AT ALL

I HAVE CONTACTED THE SELLER Alien Motor Wheels TO HELP The laddy answer the phone soon as i tryed to talk and tell her whats wrong she cuts me off and say she call me back in hour with the bike mechanic he never called me back i have called and left to voice mails and NO RESPONSE I did not want to return but it looks like i have no other option im so UPSET I HAVE BEEN WAITING TO RIDE THIS BIKE
