I honestly can't say enough good things about this conditioner, and I hope they never stop making it or change the formula. I will say that I think it took a few washings/conditionings before I noticed how great a conditioner it is; I don't think it happened on the very first conditioning. Absolutely love it!

Scalp Healthier!
I bought this because I have thin, fine hair and female pattern baldness. Because my scalp had been a bit itchy, I decided to use this on my scalp as well as hair. Then I noticed I began to lose fewer hairs when I shampoo. Now I am shedding less hair. As a bonus, my scalp doesn't itch.

Just okay, won't purchase again
It does provide volume, and doesn't cause flat hair on day 2, but makes my hair somewhat frizzy causing some tangling during the day. I'm even less impressed with their color protecting shampoo. Not sure what all the brand hype is about.

Works well
I have been using the ghost shampoo and conditioner, and wanted to change it up. I have very fine, oily hair. I do prefer the other ghost washes by Verb, as this one tends to make my hair look quite dry and fluffy on the ends. It still keeps the oils at bay when I wash twice before conditioning.

Products were leaking in packaging. What a mess!!!
Love the VERB products, however first time buying from this seller. Multiple products came all jumbled in one box. The x2 1 litre shampoos + x2 1 litre conditioners were both leaking inside + out of their packages! Lost a LOT of product. What a mess!!!
