100 Percent Natural Cat Food, Pouch Chicken & Brown Rice in Broth 70g (16 x 70g Pouches)

I have used this brand for years with assurance it is natural. All the cats love all the encore products. Well worth seeing the cats enjoying it. Our 2nd cat was stuck on dry food. Although we bought good brand with no nasties we found out it is not healthy to give dry food even if it is recommended it is good for teeth. We then tried to give her various brands of wet foods. She would't even go near them. We came across the Encore chicken with rice pouch. We gave it a try and she went for it. Then we found out encore is only to be given as a treat. So we went on hunt to find food with nutrients. There is another brand with just bits of chicken and other birds and fishes. Apart from raw food she will only eat these two brands including all the encore treats chunks sticks. So we are happy these products exists otherwise we will not know how to wean her off dry food all together.

With only 4 ingredients and over 70% of that being pure chicken, this may seem relatively expensive compared to other cat foods but is well worth it - I know my cats are getting good quality food and the added bonus is there is NEVER any waste: the bowls are licked so clean you wouldn't think they'd been used. This is real chicken in stock with a tiny bit of rice to replicate the carbs that would naturally be in a wild chicken if they had hunted it themselves - and whilst I can try and give my cats steamed chicken or oven baked chicken (I've even roasted a whole chicken for them when they've been poorly), they turn their nose up at it but they don't turn their nose up at this. This feels like I'm giving them a real treat whilst actually feeding them something healthy (the upside is also that the food itself is quite low in fat whilst having all the protein cats need in their diet and very little of the carbs that a cats system is not well designed to digest). Now it's just an added bonus that I can get this cheaper from Amazon than from the supermarket!

My cat loves this food, he is very fussy, cheapest place i can find this food, although i believe cats deserve good quality food i also like to shop around for it. I buy this food because it has the most percentage of chicken i can find and also has all the right nutrition my cat needs

I have two older cats (13 & 16), and the eldest had lost a lot of weight recently and was off her normal food. Check up at the vets found nothing wrong, so thought I would try different food to tempt her. After researching cat foods, I was shocked to discover most well known brands only have a minimum of 4% meat in (usually highly processed), with a lot of unneeded additives (including sugars!). Was delighted to fine Encore, with a high unprocessed meat content, and no unnecessary additives. The price was also lower than some of the other premium high meat content cat food brands. My cats love this stuff! Was worried it would take them a while to get used to it, as we all know cats don't like change, but after the first suspicious sniff, they really tucked in. 4 weeks later my eldest cat is looking so much healthier, her coat has regained it's gloss, she seems brighter in herself, and has gained the weight she needed (without putting on too much). My 13 year old, who has always been on the porky side, has lost a little weight. I (and my cats!) highly recommend this food.

Our cat likes this as a change. It doesn't seem to be her favourite & I wouldn't give it to her every day but alternating wirh other Encore recipes is great

Very good quality food, appetizing smell & my Savannah cats love it. Made with natural ingredients & no hidden nasties. This food is always eaten with nothing left over. Is a tad pricey when feeding it to two cats, but I give it as part of a mixed diet along with dry kibble and raw. One cat prefers this food warmed up, this is easy to do as it comes in pouches, so stand the pouch in hot water for few minutes to achieve this for the pampered felines. This food also comes in various varieties, all of which are happily accepted by my cats.

This is a good quality food. My cats love the taste of it. The value for money is good (compared to supermarket price). The smell is not as over powering as some pet food can be. It is good quality shredded chicken and the broth adds to the moisture content making it a hydration source for your feline chum.

My cat won't touch it, an expensive waste of money.
