It arrived extremely well packed. It survived with box almost torn over and several heavy objects tumbling all over it. I have not used it as the night lows are still in the 80's. The lid fits well and the strainer is perfect for not allowing floaters. Can't wait to have the tea my daughter gave in Alaska last month

Infuser fits perfectly in the cup and the lid works well to hold the temperature up for the desired amount of time

Nice looking mug. Love that you can microwave and put it in the dishwasher. I think it is easy to break especially the Lid. So so am being extra careful. My real disappointment is that it just isn’t keeping my tea warm. I like to sip and savor. I find that I am having to reheat multiple times.

This beautiful mug has a sieve that sits right inside the mug. No little bars to clasp or tiny balls that don’t hold all the loose tea. No meds when it comes time to clean. Put the tea in the sieve. Then put the sieve in the mug. Pour hot water in the mug. Dunk the sieve 3 or 4 times and there is the perfect tea. No mess just taste. Tea time is the perfect time.
