I shredded mine into powdered form and used in my smoothie, it gives a nice flavour.

Leaves were a bit smaller than I was expecting, but that wasn't a big deal. Used them in a South African Lamb curry we made. Hard to find them in stores, without a special trip to an Asian market, so Amazon to the rescue

I have purchased and dried fresh curry leaves from Indian markets. I have also purchased dried curry leaves. These curry leaves came nicely packed and prepared. They are comparable to the fresh and dried curry leaves I have bought in other places. These arrived quickly in a resealable envelope. They are fragrant and unbroken, a good green color with no signs of aging.

While not quite the same as fresh curry leaves, which can be hard to find, these really do make a pretty good substitute. U can definitely smell and taste them for what they are. I worried that they would be as dull and flavorless as frozen (Seriously, never buy frozen curry leaves or try to freeze fresh ones!) Curry leaves are a must in chicken 65 and many other Indian dishes. Would purchase again.

I'd never tried Curry Leaves before. This buy was out of curiosity and a desire to see if I would like it or not. It was indeed quite good--dry leaves are very green and shiny, of uniform size with not many torn ones. Upon opening the bag, the smell was wonderfully rich and pleasant--didn't smell damp or rancid. I chewed one and the taste is somewhat interesting since I'd never tried it before. It is delicious because it's fresh and dried well. Looking forward to using it in Indian recipes.

Great for stimulating hair growth I mix this in with oils or my natural shampoo and it works wonderfully.
