I have an older pair of suede booties that I LOVE, but the inside sole had begun to wear by my toes and it felt weird and was uncomfortable. I used these to replace the original insert and they’re even more comfortable than they were previously because now they have more arch support and cushion. They provide a guide to trim to size and it worked perfectly for me. The adhesive holds very well too! It was a great solution to give a longer life to a favorite pair of shoes!!

These insoles are great. I haven't purchased insoles in the past, but was preparing for a 4-day backpack on the Inca Trail on a stone step pathway up steep hillsides and back down. In an attempt to save my knees, I purchased these to put in my hiking boots. They were super comfortable and none of my joints gave me any issues.

I have purchased these for every pair of shoes I own! I work as a cashier at a building supply company and am on concrete all day. These insoles have made a huge difference and my feet don't hurt at all anymore. I have low back pain and osteoporosis and these are a God send!

I’m not a fan of inserts you have to cut. I am a left handed girl living in a scissors-for-right-handed-people’s-world! So, note to lefties: use a box cutter or exacto knife. As long as you cut it well the fit for an average size 8 is great. I can use this in snow/hiking/fancy boots, running or athletic shoes, and other casual closed toe shoes like “Bobs” or “Toms”, for example. The pain relief is so great I definitely know when I need to replace these because my lower back immediately starts to hurt. They last me about 6 months so if you are super active/go to the gym every day, or spend a lot of time on concrete, you may need to replace them more often. I’m giving these 4 stars because I do wish they lasted longer, but for the price point and quality I think it’s a good deal.

Good insoles that don't seem to move around. Good fit.

I have extremely flat feet. My left foot especially is in really bad shape. My foot specialist has suggested surgery at least on the left side, but I have yet to hear anybody have anything nice to say about foot/ankle surgery. Most people have to get it done at least twice but then still have problems. Inserts with a pronounced arch support hurt me because it's pressing on the side of my foot where the arch should be. It will also develop a large callous there. I came across these that are to "prevent pain". I really like them. They seem to keep my ankles stable and don't press in where the arch should be. I ordered a couple more pairs of them. I have an appointment with my foot specialist tomorrow and will take a pair to show him. He wants to sell me a pair of custom-made orthotics that will cost $500. If he can convince me that those will be the best for my feet, I will pay that price. All I know is I'm a 62yo woman who has a lot of foot/ankle/knee pain. I've got to do at least some walking. I can't be wheelchair or bed bound. If you have foot/ankle/knee/back pain, give these inserts a shot. They're not that expensive and they are definitely worth a try. ***UPDATE*** So when I went to see my foot doctor on Monday, when I pulled these insoles out of the bag I had them in, he immediately said, "Oh, those are crap". Well, these pieces of 'crap' are what's keeping my ankle from moving back and forth while walking. My left foot is now completely collapsed and no orthotics would do any good for it. I will have to have a pretty complex surgery to fix it. In the meantime, I will wear these insoles because it's hard to walk when your ankle is moving back and forth.

Doesn’t prevent anything if you’re over 60 pounds it flattens out in a day doesn’t relieve pain. Gives no support,It’s too soft.

I had my doubts about these because I have tried the rest and did not help me but the Prevent Pain insoles are the ones for me and I would recommend if your legs have pain at the end of the day. Standing 8 hours at my age works its toll on my joints and back but these help tremendously and I have some pain but not like I used to. My feet feel way better than they did and I can continue to walk on them after 8 hours before after my shift I was not able to. I had to soak my feet in Epson salt and have them massaged before I could do anything. Not anymore. Whoever invented these a big Thank You! Kudos!

I bought for pain relief of my foot, knee and hips. It did not work as pain continued. It was too soft and did not provide arch support!

I have many issues with my feet and can wear only sneakers. I've put these in my veja sneakers and can wear them for 10 hours without any problems.
