Do these work on all LED lamps / bulbs ?

*All* is a bit ambiguous, but the sensor is not related to LED or not. It opens/closes a current inline to the socket that is being used. My guess is that if the LED lamp/bulb worked before installing it would after. I use them in light posts with multiple type fixtures and bulbs, with no issues.

Are these UL approved?

Do not buy these, junk, I bought this pack and install them, had to take them all out, and throw them away, they make a loud buzzing sound during the day, some are quiet, but those will make a loud buzzing song later

will this work with 220v

No. There are only three wires: white for neutral, black for line in, and red for line out.
