Health in a bottle.
These are so good and nutritious that I have a monthly subscription set up. To me they are so morish but one a day or everyother day is best depending on you.

Tasty, effective, and great value when on offer
Pleasant flavour, especially when chilled - balanced earthy taste but with enough natural sweetness and hint of apple juice. Noted a consistent reduction in blood pressure and a slight boost in energy levels since drinking this as part of my morning routine. Periodically available for £2.60/litre (8x1L cartons) when on offer, and worth stocking up. A note for first-timers: the beetroot pigment isn't fully broken down by the body, so temporary changes to urine and/or stool are normal and harmless - returns back to normal pretty quickly.

5 star product but watch out for leaks
Great product. Shame about the packaging. One box leaked and made a mess. I lost 42ml of juice.

No impact on blood pressure after 4 weeks
It tastes OK but has had no impact on my blood pressure after 4 weeks. I use a Hilo band which takes 55 to 60 blood pressure readings daily. I've been drinking a 333ml glass every day. Comparing the previous 4 weeks before starting drinking this to the 4 weeks drinking the juice, there has been no difference.
