I bought this product (the 3 tier version) because I have an insane amount of tea, and I wanted to free up some cabinet space. I read other reviews first, and I found them helpful. Pay attention to the orientation of the pieces when you're assembling, and it'll be easy to put together. I laid each tier's pieces out on the table before assembling to make sure I had the correct orientation before I started assembling, and this made it a breeze. The tricky part is getting the film off the clear pieces. Just be patient. Also, I was able to fit approximately 360 tea bags (rough estimate of 18 boxes) into this caddy because I "staggered" them (alternating between upside down and right side up), which helped to maximize the space. The description also says that the spaces are "adjustable." They are not. What they are is "removable," so keep that in mind. The dividers cannot be placed anywhere but the slots that are already in place, but you can take them out if you have something larger you want to store. I saw that someone had trouble removing the stickers, and I wanted to recommend painter's tape to get rid of sticky residue. (I used the green kind because that's what I had on hand, and it lifted the sticky stuff right up. It won't lift the paper stickers, just the residue.) I also saw that a lot of people mentioned in reviews that they wished it was wall mountable, and that they wanted the tiers to be attached. I actually glued my tiers together with wood glue, because I wanted it to be one sturdy unit, not three removable tiers. I don't plan to move the dividers, so don't do this if you want to move them around. I glued the dividers in place with a thin coat of two-part epoxy. I eventually plan to add a piece of thin wood board on the back so I can mount it on the wall with hangers, but that might be tricky because I don't want to split the bamboo. I also don't think the screws on the sides look very nice, but I'll cover that if it really bothers me. Overall, this looks really nice, and I've succeeded in freeing up my cabinets for my mug collection. I'm happy to have this, because it really helps me see all my tea. I still have a lot more tea that didn't fit, but this will help me remember to drink it and avoid buying duplicates. Good product overall.

This was the perfect size to hold all of our tea flavors. We struggled for many 2 mins putting it together, but it was super easy! We love it!

This is a great product. It has organized all my tea. I used to have so many boxes, and everytime my husband made a cup for himself there would be boxes all over the counter. Now they are all in this beautiful rack , easy to see and pick the one you want. Assembly is extremely easy. So glad I bought ir.

Took a little while to put together, but once it was on the counter it was perfect. Tea bags in the bottom layer the most used because that holds the most tea bags. The middle shelf we put different herbal teas. The top shelf we left out the dividers and put jars good for loose teas, your favorite sweetener or your honey bear. Drinking more tea because of the accessibility. Great gift for the tea lovers in your family.

I purchased two of these for my daughter's shower. It was the only thing I could find that would fit the variety of sizes of tea packets (some were still too wide, but we put them in sideways). I wish this had "drawers" so that it would keep the tea fresher for a longer period of time, its not going to work great as a tea organizer at home because of this. But it worked great for the shower. One of the organizers I received had damaged and missing parts, but they quickly replaced it for me. I loved the way it looked at the shower. The only down side was that because of the way it is stacked, you could not see the different flavors that were on the bottom (i did had several flavors in each spot), and it was hard to dig into them to find the different varieties. Otherwise, it was wonderful.

I bought this teabag holder to use at a concert venue that I help run, where we offer a variety of tea flavors from their cardboard boxes that always end up looking ragged, so I wanted something more classy looking. It's going to be taken out and put away at least once a week, so I needed something sturdy that would hold up to people rushing to clear things away. I was very impressed with how well made this item is! The bamboo is sanded and finished absolutely smooth, and all the parts (except one small one) aligned perfectly. It is very thoughtfully designed so that when the tiers are stacked up, they fit together nicely and won't topple over. Even the plastic dividers are made of thick Lucite that came with a protective film on them so they are crystal clear. They drop into slots in the wooden pieces so the bags don't fall out or get mixed up. I put it together myself in about a half hour with just a Phillips head screwdriver. All the parts are labeled with numbers and letters, and everything came very well packaged and wrapped so everything was undamaged. Just follow the diagram closely -- I started putting the back panel on upside down before I looked at the diagram again and realized my mistake. Overall, I am extremely happy with this item, especially at the its price point. I frankly was not expecting something so well-made and attractive!

Der Holder für Teebeutel finde ich einfach super. Es dauert 10 Minuten alles zusammen machen aber dann es klappt alles. Kein Chaos mit der Tee.
