Bought for my mother and it works wonders for her. This supplement from Nutrija have the best formulation one can find in the market. Every mineral and vitamin is included in its best form and amount. Calcium citrate, magnesium glycinate, zinc citrate, D3 cholecalciferol, K2 mk-7, B12 as methylcoblamin, boron citrate and cissus extract. This is the only product that has all minerals in their best form, loved it

As far my observations "Vtamin D " can be get from this capsules and strengthen the bones. But daily 15 minutes in early sunrise (or) sunset exposure to our body for one month will review our "Vtamin D " ASAP

Useless product....no benefits.....u won't feel a thing after having it.....no help in recovery .......ignore this item at any cost

I noticed that one capsule has a hole and is broken. There may be several more, I haven't checked. Please monitor the quality of your products. I'm removing two stars.

Useful suppliment with combinations I am using at required time

Super awesome supplement. This the the real deal Vitamin B-12 methylcobalamin unlike those other brands that uses synthetic B-12 cyanocobalamin. All natural ingredients. Love that. No side effects either.
