Good Store-cupboard Stand-by
I bought these as I'd somehow managed to leave gnocchi off my supermarket delivery and I'd got everything else for the recipe. I usually buy fresh gnocchi from the fridge section and these are the longer life vacuum packed version but they worked excellently for what I needed. The recipe required me to fry these so they went crispy on the outside - when I've tried to do this in the past - or tried to traybake them the results have been disappointing, often resulting in the gnocchi going stodgy or falling apart - generally doing not what the recipe says they should. I now think I've found the solution - the vacuum packed gnocchi hold together much better than the fresh and fried up beautifully, all golden and crispy on the outside. I will definitely be buying these again, I think they are a great store-cupboard standby.

Never disappointed by Garofalo
Potato gnocchi is not a typical product of Gragnano (the town near Naples where Garofalo is based). But I was sure Garofalo makes them well also being competitive in price. My expectations were fully met!

Excellent product
I always by this brand and from this seller, better than any other I have tried, and I prefer to buying this to the chilled version in supermarkets as you can store this dry version so much longer, would absolutely recommend 👍🏼🩷

Sind nicht glutenfrei das ist gelogen . "feinstes Weizenmehl " da is Gluten drin . also danke für nichts !!!!! Teuer und glutengaltig .

Hice todos los gnocchis un día y comí mitad cada día y los del día siguiente no se pusieron duros y son muy blandos y sabrosos.

Li compro spesso per avere qualcosa di veloce nel caso di aperitivo improvvisato, li metto in friggitrice ad aria con paprica affumicata sale e olio e dopo 20 minuti a 190° sono croccanti fuori e morbidi dentro. La qualità si vede già aprendo la confezione, non si fa fatica a separarli come a volte accade. Buoni buoni!
