This is absolutely a game changer for respiratory recovery! We ordered this instead of using the one that they sent home from the hospital and this ultimately is what made the difference for my mother COPD!!! If it used on a regular basis, it works. It’s portable convenient and made all the difference - her doctor could tell a difference upon returning hands-down a life-changing device!!!

Definitely worth the money. I am extremely impressed how well this product works. I feel like it was a life saver. I’ll not being dramatic. I still use it just for maintenance. I don’t use my rescue inhaler as much either. It’s easy to clean too. May purchase a second for back up. I was really sick at the beginning of this year. Hospitalized. My pulmonary doctor recommended. So glad she did. At first I thought I had wasted my money but I was wrong. Buy it if you have issues. Obviously check with your doctor, I don’t think you will be disappointed. My breathing has improved so much and so has my O2 stats. I’m regularly at a 98 and I also get 100 something I’ve never gotten before. I like how easy it is to use and the size is perfect. It’s very well made.

It takes a few times to practice the technique but you will get there eventually and breathe better

I was coughing up phlegm from my lungs, but not getting everything. This product helped release the stubborn junk from my lungs. You have to exercise the lungs hard and it will tire you out, but for me it work that stuff out

Most people who bought this item are reporting that there are 3 different metal balls that can be used depending on the strength of your lungs, I have only received 1 metal ball with the product. So far it absolutely does NOT help bring up mucus. It is a lot like blowing through a tube or a kazoo. The air just runs straight through and the metal ball creates a sense of vibration toward the end which kind of makes you think it's doing something but it's really not. It's purpose is to vibrate the mucus from the walls of your lungs but it fails to tell you that in the actual description. This product is not what it claims to be

This product is hard to get to work properly.Sometimes it works but doesn't perform every time. The instructions make it sound easy to make it vibrate. When I do it the same way I get different outcomes. And when I do get it to work I don't notice any difference in clearing out my lungs. Too costly for a small piece of plastic. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I want to give an update on the Airphysio. I kept trying to make it work and finally figured it out. I am only giving it three stars now because I haven't had any changes yet to my breathing. You really have to be exact with how you breath into the device. You need to hold your breath with the device in your mouth,and slowly create pressure until you feel the metal ball start to vibrate. Once the metal ball starts vibrating you must keep your breath at that pressure. Its a balance between the pressure and speed of air being forced out. I hope this helps.

I have had AirPhysio going on 4 months. I don't know if there are similar products on the market that are cheaper, but this product is well made, easy to use and worth the price. It definitely helps clear mucus from my lungs and I feel better using it on a regular basis. It cleans easily and is convenient. It did take me a while to get in the habit of using it, and I did not feel the benifit immediately after using it the first time, but now I am a believer.

I was feeling sluggish and my breath hold times were going down and weren't sure if they would come back up because forest fire season had seemed to affect my breathing. I used it and I was able to clear out my lungs strengthen them and get them back where they needed to be. Love it it's great and easy to clean too. :)

This is a good product and very effective if used properly. Takes care of chest tightness and irritation. Also allows phlegm to be coughed up easily

I bought this last week from Amazon Canada and I received it the same day. I have bought this without a diagnosis, as it take forever to get appointments for tests in Canada. All I know is that I have inflamation on my lungs, so decided to try this. I was worried about whether it would work or not, but I have found it to be really good, especially after a few days of using it. It does take some getting used to, especially on how to blow through the thing. I found blowing from my throat works amazingly. Today is my third day of using it and I am getting a lot more out of my lungs. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others. I was struggling to take deep breaths and I find after using it for 10 min I can get my nice deep breaths. Yay.

Lucky for me I could figure it out in spite of the fine print. It's day two and I feel loosening up, but it could be a novelty item again. I will come back and add to this in one week. UPDATE: My blood pressure is nearing normal, when it has been below 90 for weeks, so I feel this positive energy flow is very helpful to my bloodstream, and my asthmatic coughing is unwinding finally. I use it several times a day, just keep it beside me and pick it up and blow or 6 times, let the ball roll...no effort at all.

This device seems to do the job to a degree..depends on how bad your COPD is. BUT.. this item had a small piece of tape on the main part. i took the tape off and the plastic feels shredded. i can see the layers of plastic. I sure hope it can withstand the pressure. This item is NOT inexpensive
