Very soft material and comfortable. It is ver gentle compresion for S1 tenderness of ligaments. Slither XXL fits well for me I'm 48 inches on the lower belly so it gives good left. Thank you

It's loose over the thigh and it curls up or rolls down or does both at the back when worn it also bunches out at the side. Dosen't help with torn muscle and tendon. Pain worse when wearing.

If you need a plus size brace this is really good, I maybe could have done with the next size down but I can still get it pulled tight enough, comfortable brace too

I would give this 10 stars if I could! This Plus Size Hip Brace Thigh Compression Sleeve has been a lifesaver since my inner thigh lipoma surgery. It provides perfect compression exactly where I needed it, and it stays in place, is comfortable, and breathable throughout the day. My doctor was actually impressed — he had never seen or thought about using one of these for post-surgery recovery, and now he recommends it to his patients! It’s well-made, easy to wear, and really supports the hip, thigh, and hamstring areas without slipping or causing discomfort. Highly recommend for post-surgery recovery, sciatica relief, or anyone needing targeted thigh and hip compression — this device really works!

I rate this hip brace as very unsatisfactory it lacks enough elasticity to sufficiently secure at the waist which is necessary to support your hip and relieve sciatica, its primary purpose, Its design is ill-fitting and it is difficult to put on if you have limited range of motion, which is almost always the case with a painful hip/lower back condition. I do not recommend purchase of this disappointing item.

It needs extra velcro to hold in place. There is too much play in the thigh compression sleeve due to this. However, It did give me post surgery relief and helped in my healing.

Holy poop yall this fits my big booty! I have a 63” hip circumference and my PT couldn’t find a brace for my hip. We tried medical device stores and nothing. Almost as soon as I put it on I felt relief! I’m hyper mobile and my hip subluxates often but this is gonna help keep the joint stable and I could almost cry because for the first time in decades my joint is supported.

This brace barely worked out due to it being sized a bit larger. There wasn’t a right sized one available at the time. It worked alright because I made it work. The design is real good. It isn’t a design issue. It was just a figment issue. It would be perfect for larger people, but because I am not it had to be made do. I really like the design of this and if it had been closer to my size, would have been perfect. It is comfortable enough. It supports well. The design and build quality are better than others I’ve tried. It’s easy to put on. The Velcro on this is better laid out than others I have tried. Measure yourself and find this in your size as I think this is the best made brace for this purpose.
