Dolci non troppo difficili, ma eseguiti con tecnica impeccabile, e quindi di grande valenza didattica. Sono tutti spiegati nei dettagli e, al momento, non ho riscontrato errori nei dosaggi, costante assai fastidiosa di volumi anche di alto livello.
