Great food colouring, gives great colour to velvet cake. Some other high street brands loose colour when baked. Worth the money.

This is a great product. Made my red velvet cupcakes look divine and didn’t affect the taste. Only needed 2 tspn for 24 cupcakes and it worked its magic, the red is so vibrant

Plus: very good red dye, nice strong vibrant colour. Not needing to use much. Negatives: use carefully while using, will stay on fingers for some time but will eventually go away with a few washes. They baked goods may also leave a red stain (as it did on my friend’s lips and he complained he looked liked he was wearing lipstick. Though I think the colour suited him but 😂)

Great icing colouring. I managed to achieve a nice, bold red using this. Any colouring which went on the kitchen side was easy to remove also. I used the microwave method to achieve the best results.

Highly concentrated, bold in colour. Mixes well with buttercream, use an immersion blender for best results. Easy to use as you only need a few drops. Easy clean up. Can be used with most food items. Bottle lasts 6/7 weeks.

I have used this for the first time today on a recommendation from a cake blogger (J'sP) and this has given the most gorgeous colour for my first ever red velvet cake. Looks absolutely delicious 😋 2 teaspoons was plenty for a 4 sponge cake so although the product is pricey, it will last a long time

As others have said this foid colouring is perfect for red velvet cakes..you literally only need 1 tsp for 12 cupcakes..

El negro es un color difícil de conseguir, pero si en la crema de mantequilla le agregamos queso crema conseguiremos que el negro sea más negro!!! Esta colorante en crema es perfecto para ello!!!
