great product just as described. It worked so well and so quick that within 30 minutes of taking it I fell right to sleep. I don't take anything ever so it worked fast on me. It was a good taste, didn't leave a bad aftertaste or anything the night of or the next morning and it was great price and quality. I don't take them every night as you shouldn't take Melatonin often but during my period or stressful times in my month cycle and life I will use it but prayer helps more than anything but this really worked, thank you. It was perfect for what I needed and didn't upset my stomach either!

This will knock you TF out. I was having issues with my circadian rhythm regulating not being able to sleep. This fixed it quickly, I was in deep sleep promptly before half hour even passed after taking the gummies.
