I ordered this DVD as a gift, but it does not play at all. I contacted the seller and was told that because I opened the plastic wrap, I would only receive a 50% refund and would have to pay to return it. The item is defective, so I had to open it to discover the issue. This policy feels unfair and not in line with customer expectations. I would not recommend this seller.

Great movie from beginning to the end

ZERO STARS! This movie cannot be viewed on a regular DVD/Blue Ray player in the US! I had to ask my 26 yr old son who told me that being it was sold as Region 2, its not a playable format here without a special player of some kind. As I am not too techy, this should be explained CLEARLY in the description. This movie is good and one to watch over and over again, so thats why I purchased it in the first place. I don't think Amazon should sell items such as this when special conditions apply.

Horrible customer service!! Beware- the dvd would NOT PLAY IN OUR DVD PLAYERS (USA) AND THE SELLER WOULDN'T HELP!! I PURCHASED IT DURING THE SUMMER FOR A XMAS GIFT FOR MY SON. THEY JUST DON'T CARE

Modern version of the original Parent Trap. First one was better but this one is good although predictable. The kids enjoyed it.
