Using with hearing aids!
** Update: After 6 months this product is still working great for me. I don't have mic issues like others have mentioned but the microphone does need to be very close to your mouth for others to hear you clearly. Battery life if good for me. Depending on who I call, if the hold music has a lot of bass, I do have to turn down the volume momentarily to alleviate excess vibrations in my jaw and ear. So far this has been a good buy for me, if you have issues, reach out to Monodeal. Customer service has been great. **** I suffer from hearing loss so I have to wear hearing aids. I also take phone calls through out the day so using in ear buds is not feasible. My employer bought be an expensive set of Bose over the ear but they create feedback if I cover my hearing aids and I can't hear my co-workers without constantly taking the headset on and off. The Monodeal DG10 has been an awesome headset for what I need them for. I can leave my hearing aids in to hear others and still take and make phone calls and I can hear the other person crystal clear. I have only used them one day and I worked from home so I'm actually excited to use them in the office today. I bought a different brand at the same time I ordered these. The other ones were a little cheaper but they also felt cheaper and vibrated way too much and were just annoying to wear. I sent them back and I'm keeping the Monodeal which are also more comfortable to wear. I registered my device for the warranty and a person actually replied via email which is great! If possible I will update on battery life and my in office experience. They do not offer quick charge so if they work well I may order a 2nd set as a backup. These conduct sound through the bone, I can actually hear phone calls better with these than any headset I have used due to my hearing loss. Loving them so far! *** Update. Used them for the first time in an office environment. For me they were awesome. I don't take calls all day long for 8 hours but for what I needed them for, they worked well. No one on the other end of the call said they couldn't hear me.

Great for the price, but needs slight improvements
I purchased this headset as a home backup for my 2x pairs (office and travel) of Shokz UC. Before getting into the details, here are the Pros and Cons, when comparing against what I am using today. In the included images, DG10 on the left and UC on the right. Pros: Price - could easily buy 4x of this headset for 1x of the Shokz UC Volume - very loud, where I have to turn down the laptop volume to 20 or less No beeping during mute - this is a problem with Shokz, which beeps constantly during mute on Teams Battery life - I have not measured, since difference in performance, but on par or slightly better to UC Cons: Clarity - not as clear as the Shokz, but only matters if you have both and switching constantly Ear fit - my ears do not stick out much, so the thicker ear loops are a bit uncomfortable Case - does not come with one, but I use mainly at home, so not a big deal Multi-point - Shokz has it, but not a deal breaker at the price, since you can just buy 2x of these Typically, I use a product for a couple of weeks before writing a review. In addition, I only write a review if I believe there is something that I could share with the audience. In this case, I am providing a comparison between the DG10 (Monodeal) and UC (Shokz). Please keep in mind that I have used the UC for over a year, while the DG10 for only three weeks. Hence, I cannot attest for the longevity of the DG10. As noted in the Pros/Cons section, the clarity of the DG10 is not on par with the UC. However, if you are only using the DG10, then you will not notice this slight difference. I mainly use both for conference calls on Teams, so this will be my only point of reference. I cannot give details on music or movie audio quality. Bluetooth connection to my laptop was fast and simple. The procedure is exactly the same between the BG10 and UC, so you really do not need the instructions if you own one or the other. For those that are just buying the DG10, then you just need to charge before use and hold down the volume up button until it starts blinking red/blue. Once this occurs, then pair with your laptop. While on the subject of volume, the volume control of the DG10 works with the laptop, but does not work in Teams. In other words, you can increase and decrease the laptop or system volume from the DG10 headset buttons. However, in a Teams call, you cannot increase or decrease the volume. You will have to do it separately in the Teams device setting menu. It was annoying at first, but once I found the right settings, it was fine. The UC does not have this issue. To be fair, the more annoying aspect is the constantly beeping when I am on mute that comes from the UC. This is a problem known by Shokz and expressed on numerous forums. There are some workarounds, but it does not make sense why the headset beeps non-stop when one is on mute. The DG10 does not exhibit this problem, but it also could be a result from its limited volume control abilities in Teams. If I had to compare which of the two disadvantages was more annoying, then it would be the beeping from the UC. Hence, the DG10 wins out, even if I cannot control the volume in Teams. On the comfort front, the UC does win this battle. Well, it did for me, since my ears are a bit closer to my head. Hence, I need thinner ear loops, so the headset does not push my ears out too much. It might not be as problematic for those with ears which stick out a bit more, but it does bother me. I am the same way with eyeglasses and sunglasses, so it is up to the wearer. In the area of battery life, I will say the DG10 is on par with the UC. I can use both headsets for the entire day without recharging, so I know both will last 10 or more hours. I usually charge at the end of the day, so cannot say if either will last longer. My only complaint is the special charging cable. Not too problematic, but if you were traveling with either, then you need to carry 1x more cable. Sadly, I cannot offer any help with the noise cancellation. I have only used the DG10 at home, which does not have much noise. I have a dedicated office at home, so I always close the door during a call. Hence, it is fairly quiet. If I ever use the DG10 while things are noisy, then I will return and update this review. So, what is my final verdict on the DG10? Overall, I think it is a great buy. If I did not already own the UC, then I would have given this product 5 stars. Because I do own something similar, I had to deduct 1x star for the slight issue with overall comfort and clarity. Again, if you have never used the UC, then I do not think these minor bits will bother you.

Great product at an even better price.
After seeing the AfterShok at SAM's Club, and the crazy price they are asking, I looked on Amazon for them and ran across these MONODEAL with a $20 off discount from their $79 price tag. So what the hill, why not give them a try I said to myself. There is lots to like about these. 1. Very easy to just start using. First item I connect to was my laptop. Even me, at 66 years old, could easily figure this out. If for any reason, you get it to pair but can't hear audio, turn the laptop blutooth off then back on and it should work. 2. Paired to my TV and easy again. However, my TV has a sound bar with CEC-HDMI, which means it keeps trying to switch to the sound bar. I have to manually go in and disable the feature on the TV. 3. Paired to my phone and made some test calls to my wife. She said it sounded fine. On my end, it was a little distracting that I could hear her, but with the bone conduction and ear canal available to hear all ambient noise in the house, it sounded at bit like she possessed the house, if that makes any sense. Her voice sounded a bit off in the distance instead of right by my ear. Not bad, but different. 4. Like others have said, battery lasts a long time. 5. Fit on my head is good, maybe just a tad tight on the ear/bone point, but they don't move when I tried jarring my body around. 6. Once paired to multiple devices, they connect also to multiple devices. In my case, I had them paired to the TV and the phone. For some reason, the phone had priority, so if a phone call came in while watching TV, I got the phone call and the TV muted. It auto switched back after the phone call was concluded. 7. Seller was extremely responsive to messages and was knowledgeable about the product. Very good support in that regard. Things I am not all that hot about: 1. Sound a bit tinny compared to speakers. 2. They vibrate when volume is cranked up. The vibration tickles. 4. They only come in black. I'd prefer a light gray or white since my hair is gray/white.

Looks like a solid, well made product.
I purchased these months ago but because I was in the process of moving they got packed in a carton I just got around to unpacking them. Unfortunately, I discovered the charging cable is missing from the box and it's probably too late to return them. They fit comfortably with my hearing aids and I'm sure they would have been perfect..

I would consider purchasing the newer version, but why? This pair still works harder than you do!
I've used these for years and finally decided to write a review. They match the picture and meet expectations, with a lightweight design that makes them comfortable to wear for extended periods. Although they have controls, I primarily use them to turn them on and off; overall, they are very easy to operate, and pairing them with my work computer was straightforward. They seem suitable for exercise, but I personally do not use them for that purpose. They are also quite durable—I have dropped mine several times, and we've moved twice, all without taking special care during transit. I highly recommend them; the sound quality is excellent, and the voice clarity appears to be adequate. However, if the microphone is too far from your mouth while speaking, others on the call may have difficulty hearing you clearly.

Good Quality, Low Sound, Needs Earplugs for Assistance :-)
I have been using these headphones for about two months frequently. I purchased them because I needed something which had longer lasting batteries, good sound and microphone quality. I have an ear condition called tinnitus. Therefore, I thought bone conduction was what I needed. It's really important to try using these headphones with ear plugs (the box brings two very soft, orange plugs). The reason is because the volume coming from the headset is not very high. Overall, I'm fine with this purchase. However, I do believe that the bluetooth frequency and vibrations are high. Therefore, after using them for 2-3 hours, I find that my ears need a lot of rest.

Very impressed, using them all the time
I went ahead with a search and purchase because I was ready for headphone options at the gym. It had to be wireless because my phone lacked an audio out jack, and wires are a nuisance in moving around. I didn't like bulky headphones that make me sweat more, and I really liked the idea of the bone conduction to be able to hear my surroundings. OK, let's find something reasonably priced but rated well, and give it a try, so I ordered the Monodeal DG10 Pro. This met my needs from the first time I charged it up and wore it to the gym, don't know why I hadn't tried the concept before. The 5.3 Bluetooth is very capable of quick connection, and easy enough to redirect if the headphones encounter multiple Bluetooth signals such as from a phone and a previously connected laptop. Just tell the undesired source to disconnect. The reception range from the source is very good, easily 20 or 30 feet. The bone conduction part is so cool, that you can hear it clearly while someone next to you doesn't notice the audio at all, and meanwhile, you are hearing whatever is going on around you normally. The sound is different than an enclosed headphone, but quite clear. The spectral balance seems adequate, just not quite so much bass. Trying to add extra boost to the bass doesn't really work because those notes become more of a buzz vibration on the main external contact point than inside your ears. That seems like a negative but one gets used to the different less bassy spectrum and it's really great to have the clear audio always there but not interfering with ambient sound. Then there's the mic on its own little swing up boom, so you can put it up and hidden or down and near your mouth, and it works great, according to people I talk to with it, even in a slightly noisy environment. Answering or making a call is super easy, with a larger button on the right side for interactions with your phone or computer. Battery life is very acceptable. I haven't had an opportunity to run it down enough to shut off, but I am fairly consistent with charging after several avg uses. The charging connector is proprietary but it works very well, a magnetic connector to eliminate any opening to the circuits so sweat or rain don't have an affect. I also like that the behind the ear and back of the neck design put it out of the way and I quickly forget that I'm wearing it, taking the more than adequate audio for granted. For the cost, the DG10 Pro is a great performer and you will likely be positively impressed to have a new sound option wherever you go. I'm glad I went ahead with the purchase and am keeping it.

Works great. Costly being imported item. Waiting for India launch.
Works great. Having been using it for close to five months now. This is an imported item, thus, the cost is almost double of what shows in US deliverable ecommerce portals. Really hope that it is launched in India soon so that the cost comes down.

Surprisingly comfortable (like… suspiciously comfortable)
I wasn’t expecting to fall in love with a pair of bone-conduction headphones, but here we are. First things first: comfort. These things are ridiculously comfortable. I’m talking “forget they’re even on my head” comfortable. I’ve worn them for full workdays—hours of calls, music, random YouTube rabbit holes—and not once felt any pressure or irritation. If regular headphones are that coworker who overstays their welcome, these are the one who quietly does their job and lets you live your life. Battery life is also very respectable. I consistently get around 7 hours of continuous use, which comfortably carries me through most of a workday. No complaints there. Sound quality? Honestly, pretty good… for what these are. Let’s be clear: these are not meant for audiophiles chasing perfect bass drops and crystal-clear highs. The frequency range is limited, and bone-conduction tech just doesn’t sound like traditional headphones. That said, for calls, podcasts, and casual listening, they do the job more than well enough. You quickly adjust your expectations—and then forget about it. Now, the only slightly annoying quirk (and I say this with love): the low battery notifications. Once you hit around 20%, the headset basically turns into your overly concerned mother: "Battery low." Yes, I know. "Battery low." Still aware. "Battery low." Okay, we GET IT. It’s not a dealbreaker by any means, but expect a few “friendly” reminders… and then a few more… and then just one more for good measure. Overall, if you’re looking for something ultra-comfortable that you can wear all day, stay aware of your surroundings, and use for work or casual listening, this is a fantastic choice. Just don’t expect hi-fi audio—and maybe keep a charger nearby if you get tired of the passive-aggressive battery warnings 😄

Great headphones, excellent microphone
I bought these headphones specifically for taking phone calls as my cell phone gives me headaches if I hold it up to my head for too long. They connect to my phone super fast -- from turning them on to being connected is about 3 seconds. Everyone I've spoken to has said my voice is crisp, clear, and they barely notice any background noise. These are my first bone conducting headphones, but I love them already. I love having my ears open, I enjoy the vibration (when the sound is loud, thats really only when I notice it), and even with music, the sound is better than a lot of my former in-ear headphones. I do wish the wire that goes around the back of my head was about 1 inch shorter or adjustable, and ideally the microphone would be detachable, but those are minor things. Overall, an excellent purchase. But read on. Now, the seller is excellent. I followed the card in the box to register my headphones, extend the warranty, and receive the protective case. I heard back from the seller the same day, gave them a little info, and they shipped out my case. I didn't notice until just now that they sent tracking info as well -- as nice touch. The case is awesome. Its hard sided, zips smoothly, and has cutouts that fit your headphones and charger beautifully. I received it 13 days after I contacted them. 5 stars for the headphones, 5 stars for the case, and 5 stars for service. I'm happy.
